Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Young Chefs Academy!

At Young Chefs Academy, we believe that Irish eyes are smiling because they’ve just eaten something tasty! As we celebrate everyone’s favorite green holiday, we turn to some of our favorite Irish-inspired food to get in the spirit.

If you’re cooking a St. Patrick’s Day meal at home, take a break from boiled corned beef and cabbage and spice it up with a corned beef hash using potatoes, carrots and turnips. Top it with eggs (your Young Chef at home can help!) and a green hollandaise using spinach or peas, and you’ve got an Irish-inspired breakfast-for-dinner that will make you feel like doing a jig of excitement.
